Meet The Team

Katerina Rose

Characterised by an enthusiasm and energy for people development and for creating stimulating and enjoyable learning environments.  Katerina is a qualified Business and Master practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (trained by both the co-founders of NLP), and now specialises in helping people achieve business and personal success.

Katerina worked for over nine years in the pharmaceutical industry in Sales and Management where she achieved outstanding success and recognition as ‘Salesperson of the Year’ for her consistently high sales growth. Now with over 20 years training and coaching experience, Katerina works as Performance Coach and Learning Facilitator to help business and individuals perform at their best in the areas of sales and leadership.

More than anything else Katerina’s passion is about making a positive difference to anything she is involved in and both feedback and measurements from her clients consistently suggests she achieves this.

During the Covid pandemic Katerina has been enjoying using her creativity and understanding of how the human brain learns to transforming online learning so that they are as engaging and effective as face to face sessions.

Katerina is a qualified Coach Practitioner (European Mentors and Coaches Council), holds an Honours Degree from Plymouth University and Diploma in Performance Coaching with Newcastle College and has worked with a long list of clients, which includes; KPMG, Johnson and Johnson, Citigroup, Lloyds TSB, Roche, Astra Zeneca, Novartis, Siemens and the NHS to name a few.

Katerina’s style of workshop delivery and coaching is described as relaxed, challenging and also creative and humorous, leading to positive change by helping clients raise awareness and confidence to make decisions, take action and move forward.

Katerina lives with her husband and two children in Surrey and enjoys climbing, ultra-walking challenges, traveling and reading and cooking whenever she gets a chance.

Howard Rose

Howard has many years training experience, which he gained during his 20 years within engineering.  He spent his time working for international companies such as Lucas, ITT, and EMI Where he led the successful completion of a two-year engineering project in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

After studying electronics he began his career in radio communications and after five years he moved into defence engineering providing engineering support to many defence projects.  This was followed by a period of time successfully selling test equipment management services.  Since 2002 Howard has worked as a freelance training consultant and Director of Inspire Development Ltd.  In this time he has worked with a variety of major companies in the pharmaceutical, FMCG and engineering sectors.

Howard is a associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute.  Being a qualified Practitioner of NLP and accelerated learning, enables him to make his training fun, interactive and multi sensory.  Howard believes passionately in the development of others and holds both the qualification and Relationship Awareness Facilitator Certificate, licensing him to run the very powerful Strength Deployment Inventory®  (SDI) ® A tool that allows us to understand others, and ourselves, then build meaningful business relationships that lead to profitable business.
