Overview

In today?s business, we need to be assertive and clear in our communications, this does not mean shouting or rail-roading others. Being assertive means ensuring others understand your views and opinions whilst showing respect for theirs. Below is a sample of what we can do.

Who will benefit

Our workshops are designed for those delegates who need to communicate in a balanced assertive manner, this can be any one who interacts with others and who needs to influence, such as Managers, Leaders, Sales people.

Aim

To develop the delegates confidence and skill in communicating assertively by providing a series of practical tools that help develop this behaviour.
